Thorough subject knowledge and hands-on-experience.

Knowledge in QC/QA desirable.

Roles/Responsibility
Good working (wetlab) experience in molecular biology/genetic engineering work.
worked in prokaryotes (E.coli) and eukaryotes (yeast) expression system.
Knows to work on thermocycler (PCR), electroporator, SDS-PAGE, western blotting, E.coli & yeast transformations, etc.
Also (preferable) working experience in downstream processing like microfiltration, ultrafiltration, spray drying, lyophilization, etc.
High motivation and enthusiasm to work on various projects simultaneously.
